Do you have questions about renting The Barn at Echo Ridge in Auburn, Washington, for your wedding, corporate event, or other event? You’ll find answers here. Please visit our venue, policies, and vendors pages for more information or contact us.
Q. What is the venue capacity?
A. Without COVID restrictions, we can accommodate 130 guests seated in the barn.
Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes, we have on-site parking for 65 passenger vehicles.
Q. Are there bathrooms?
A. Yes, we have bathrooms in the barn. However, the bathrooms are not ADA-compliant. If you require ADA-compliant bathrooms for your wedding or event, we may rent an ADA-compliant bathroom and have it delivered to the venue for your event.
Q. Do I have to choose from your preferred caterer’s list?
A. We have a list of preferred caterers familiar with our wedding and event venue. You are welcome to use a caterer of your choice as long as they are licensed and insured, and complete the relevant vendor form.
Q. What is your alcohol policy?
A. If you want to serve alcohol at your wedding or event, you must hire a bartending service or use a bartending service through a catering company. Alcohol may only be served by a Washington State licensed bartender. Visit our policies page for more details and our vendors page for more information about bar services and the form.
Q. What is your smoking policy?
A. The Barn At Echo Ridge has a designated cigarette smoking and vaping area outside. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors, including the barn, bridal suites, and groom’s room. No drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Drug use is prohibited.
Q. Can I bring pets to my wedding?
A. The Barn at Echo Ridge has a “no pet” policy, except for service animals. We will consider exceptions if pets are part of the wedding ceremony, but someone must retrieve the pets from the premises as soon as the ceremony is finished.
Q. Is there an additional fee to hold the ceremony inside The Barn at Echo Ridge?
A. No, there is no additional cost.
